About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Website/Funnel Designer to join our team as a Level 3 specialist. In this role, you will lead advanced website and funnel design projects, collaborate closely with agency owners and their teams, and mentor junior designers. Your expertise in HighLevel and design tools will help create impactful and conversion-driven websites and funnels that align with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build high-converting funnels and websites in HighLevel.
Customize funnels with advanced coding, integrations, and A/B testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex design and functionality issues.
Collaborate with clients to align designs with their goals and brand.
Mentor junior designers on best practices and HighLevel tools.
Stay updated on design trends to enhance funnel performance.
Ideal Candidate
2-3 years of experience working with HighLevel.
Skilled in creating high-performing funnels and websites in HighLevel.
Proficient in coding and advanced customizations.
Strong knowledge of UI/UX and conversion optimization.
Excellent problem solver with attention to detail.
Effective communicator and team mentor.
Stays updated on design trends and HighLevel tools.
Excellent English communication skills, verbally, written and on camera.
Understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Good quality computer, webcam, lighting and internet speed.
