Join our team as a HighLevel Support & Onboarding Specialist at Agency Support for HighLevel! We're seeking a tech-savvy expert in HighLevel to manage marketing automation, train new users, and troubleshoot technical issues. You'll directly engage with clients via live chat, Zoom meetings, and phone support to help them solve their problems and enhance their experience with HighLevel. A key part of your role will be to onboard new agency level clients.
Provide high-quality white labeled technical support and onboarding to clients (Sub-Accounts) using HighLevel.
Train new users on the platform and help them navigate its features.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to clients.
Conduct client meetings via Zoom and offer support through live chat and phone calls.
Proven experience with HighLevel and marketing automation.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Good quality webcam and lighting.
Communicates well on camera
Familiar with Zoom as a meeting host
Excellent client follow up and project management
Works well in a team environment
Good internet in a quite space
Availability during Pacific Standard Time (US), Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM.
