We're looking for a tech-savvy expert in HighLevel to manage marketing automation, train new users, and troubleshoot technical issues. You'll provide top-notch support via live chat, Zoom meetings, and phone, directly engaging with clients to troubleshoot their problems and enhance their experience.
Provide excellent technical support to clients using HighLevel.
Address and resolve escalated tickets and complex issues.
Train new users on the platform and help them navigate its features.
Conduct client meetings via Zoom and offer support through live chat and phone calls.
Document support inquiries and resolutions thoroughly.
Communicate solutions clearly and professionally to clients.
2-3 years of experience working with HighLevel.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical judgment.
Excellent English communication skills, verbally, written and on camera.
Familiarity with troubleshooting domains, email configuration, SaaS configurator, A2P and workflows.
Understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Good quality computer, webcam, lighting and internet speed.
