About the Role
Join our dynamic and growing team as a Knowledge Base Copywriter at Agency Support for HighLevel. In this full-time, remote position, you'll play a crucial role in creating engaging and informative content that empowers our clients. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining our knowledge base, ensuring users have the resources they need to succeed with HighLevel.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and curate written and multimedia content for our white labeled GHL knowledge base.
Utilize various software tools for document editing, video production, and media creation.
Record and produce video tutorials to provide clear guidance for end users.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent content strategy and messaging.
Manage social media and community engagement to enhance our digital presence.
Adapt content based on emerging technologies and user feedback.
Work with Customer Support to address user needs and create relevant support materials.
Meet strict deadlines based on new features released by HighLevel.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in copywriting or education.
Strong familiarity with technology and high computer literacy.
Proficient in social media management and online content creation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable speaking on camera and experienced in creating Loom video's.
Able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Reliable computer and internet connection.
